3. DriftKHANA has an amazing 8 - year existence, due to 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic DriftKHANA missed out on its 9th year existence and now we are back with a BANG!! Catch us on 19 June 2024, bringing back the thrill, excitement!!
DriftKHANA 8th annual event, Dubai in Msinga, with an amazing crowd of 8000+/- people, we are now proud to announce Msinga DriftKHANA has placed itself as one of the annual Calendar Events for Kwazulu Natal province that prioritize development through entertainment.

The Msinga local Municipality and Constitutional Development, commits itself to the partnership against HIV and AIDS and to ensure equal opportunities in the workplace to minimize the impact thereof. This policy document will also provide a framework within which employees living with HIV and AIDS will be treated within the department.
Objectives
a. To protect the rights and dignity of HIV infected and affected employees.
b. To promote employment equity.
c. To reduce the spread of HIV and AIDS in the workplace through awareness and education, prevention and treatment programmes.
d. To avoid discriminatory action and stigmatization of those infected and affected.
e. To reduce fears about contracting HIV and AIDS in the workplace.
5. Online reputation management is the process of creating a brand name online and maintaining its good standing. Online reputation management influences the information people will find on the internet. It involves building a digital image thanks to the positive experience that customers share. Therefore, it uses strategies to bring positive material higher in search engine results to inspire the trust of potential customers.
Online reputation involves four distinct digital marketing channels:
a. Owned properties: Owned properties refer to your organization's website and blogs. They are the online platforms you own and can fully control. Owning multiple properties can increase my chances to build an effective online presence of you ensure the public easily distinguishes one from the other.
b. Paid media: When you pay external websites or networts to feature your organization, you use paid media. It allows you to reach more customers and build new relationships with partners and clients. It also drives traffic to your website. Paid media includes displaying ads on social media sites. PPC (paid per click) sponsored posts on industry/ influencer blogs or direct advertising.
c. Earned media: Earned media is the publicity your business gets on external websites for which you didn't pay. To gain earned media, you need to propose products or services that users want to mention content that users want to talk about.
d. Social media: Social media offers additional opportunities for people to discover your brand and interact. It is essential to be active on your social media page to benefit from it and improve your online reputation.
